My next Williamsburg Brooklyn guide is here! I loved my series of NYC spots so excited to share more over here in Williamsburg! Since moving to the neighborhood last October, I have been endlessly trying new to me spots and excited to share five recent neighborhood favorites!
WILLIAMSBURG BROOKLYN GUIDE: 5 RECENT SPOTS TO VISIT
1. Magdalene
The background for all these summery photos are at this adorable Middle Eastern restaurant! I recently went for their frozen watermelon margaritas with my girlfriends but excited to head back to try their sharing plates, mains & desserts that look incredible!
2. Bernie’s
Bernie’s is a classic American spot at the edge of McCarren Park and I think it may be my favorite Williamsburg restaurant. The old school vibes and elevated classic dishes are the ideal spot any night. Menu musts? Their cheeseburger and fries, the caesar salad, baked clams and a strong martini or Negroni.
3. Strangeways
I first visited this spot this winter and loved our dishes and drinks but excited to make it a favorite this summer as well. It has an amazing garden set up so great for groups but we also love the bar inside (make sure to get the Mexican Radio cocktail!) for an after work drink.
4. Talea Beer Co.
A new to the neighborhood spot is Talea, which opened just this past March! This woman owned brewery focuses on easy drinking beers and oh are they! I’m obsessed with their Pina Colada inspired beer and excited to try some of their other flavors. The space is bright and huge and great for large groups!
5. Ace’s Pizza
As a Michigander, I’m a sucker for Detroit-style pizza and a recent favorite of our friend group is Ace’s Pizza. The square slices and endless dipping sauces have quickly made it our favorite for pizza night!
