Everlane Dress, Kate Spade New York Heels (c/o), Madewell Clutch (on major sale!)
I’m so excited to finally share more photos from my time in Charleston, especially about where we stayed. Zero George is one of the dreamiest places I’ve ever stayed at and I feel so lucky we were able to spend our time there while in Charleston! Throughout the next week, I’ll be sharing about my favorite parts of our stay there.
A little background: This stunning boutique hotel is located right in downtown Charleston and made up of sixteen studios and suites throughout five historical buildings. From the moment you check in in the original kitchen carriage house off the courtyard, you are greeted with true Southern hospitality, thanks to its amazing staff. The 1804 Carriage House has been transformed into the guest reception for their concierge desk, which also lets you see a peak inside their professional show kitchen. Along with the hotel, there is an award-winning restaurant and bar so you really never have to leave!
When we checked into our room, one of the first things I fell in love with was the private porch right outside our door. It was so relaxing to have our morning coffee out there and also the daily wine and cheese hour after a busy day of exploring. It felt like a true Southern home with its wicker and wrought iron furniture and breezy outdoor fans.
For our first night in Charleston, I wanted to be in something super comfortable as Leslie and I planned to explore as many spots as we could. The humidity was out of control and this slip dress kept me super cool and sweat stain free thanks to the breathable fabric (I raved about it here as well). I also can’t get enough of these mules. The heel height makes them so comfortable to walk around in, and I loved pairing the shades of pink together.
Finally, I couldn’t resist this clutch for the weekend – it screams girls’ weekend! It also is super roomy and was able to fit everything I needed when we went out for cocktails and dinner. Stay tuned for more favorite hotel features and looks from our stay!
Thank you to Zero George for hosting us!
