Denim Jacket, White Tee, Floral Pants, Hot Pink Heels (all pieces c/o of Talbots)
With the start of new seasons, I love visiting some of favorite places around the city to help inspire me and get me excited for the months to come. One of those spots is the NYC Flower District. Located on 28th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue, this street is filled with multiple wholesale flower shops bursting with blooms, topiaries and plants. It has been so dreary here in NYC the last week and I knew a morning stop would be the ideal way to help get me inspired for spring.
When it comes to spring dressing, I’ve shared before how I love mixing in pops of color and pattern with the classic pieces already in my closet, and Talbots has become a go-to for me this spring to find all of those items. These floral pants are the essential spring pant because of their bright pattern of course, but also how comfortable they are, making them the ideal pant to dress up or dress down. I paired them with my favorite white tee and denim jacket (two closet classics) and then a comfortable hot pink heel, which makes going from the office to dinner after work a seamless switch.
Where are your favorite spring spots in the city?
Thank you to Talbots for sponsoring this post!
