WHAT TO PACK FOR LONDON
Hello friends! I’m back from 10 perfect spring days in London and The Cotswolds with Meghan and I truly fall more in love with this city every time I visit. When it comes to packing for a trip to London, there’s a few important things to focus on from comfortable shoes to unpredictable weather. So today, I’m sharing all the pieces to fit in your suitcase and what you should pack for your next trip to London.
LONDON PACKING LIST

1. MANGO Pocket Tweed Jacket
I have this jacket in cream and just ordered the black because it is in constant rotation while traveling.
2. MANGO Double Strap Basket Bag
MANGO is a go-to for chic bags at a great price. I have a similar style from last year and I love how much this basket bag can fit, plus isn’t a classic leather bag to mix things up.
3. Hill House Home Scallop Lace Nap Dress
One of my favorite looks of the trip was this scallop lace nap dress. It’s the perfect dress to dress up or dress down, plus it doesn’t wrinkle so easy to throw in your suitcase.
4. Converse All Star High Top Sneakers
My favorite travel sneakers that always look cool and keep you comfortable all day.
5. Reformation Mason Pant
I’ve shared my love of these high-waisted trousers many times before thanks to their relaxed fit and day to night versatility.
6. Everlane The Long Mac Coat
A trench coat is a must while in London and this has been my favorite for years thanks to it’s more relaxed fit.
7. Away Suitcase
I’ve used Away suitcases for years and truly think they are the best when it comes to travel. I have the Carry On Flex for my carry on and then also the Large for my checked bag.
CLOTHING
When it comes to clothing for London, it’s all about layering. As I’ve shared in my London travel guide, rainy days can pass through and mornings can be chillier, with the sun beaming later in the day. I choose to stick to neutral colors for daytime so that they can easily be mixed and matched. I find London a pretty casual city, with touches of classic staples. Stick to a capsule wardrobe while in London for stress free outfit planning!
SHOES AND ACCESSORIES
London is a huge city with lots to do so definitely expect to get your steps in while there! I strive for comfort when it comes to shoes so sneakers and ballet flats for daytime and lower heels for night. Leave the platforms at home! For accessories, I stick with neutral purses that can fit everything I need during the day. Reminder, as London is a huge city, it’s important to have a bag that can be worn as a crossbody and have a zipper to keep things safe and close by.
TRAVEL ACCESSORIES
After lots of international travel lately, I’ve started to find my strive on must have travel accessories. Packing cubes are my best friend and help fit SO much, as well as help me pack strategically. Other essentials? A reusable water bottle (I’m so bad about drinking water while traveling), lots of wrinkle release spray and an universal travel adapter for easy charging.
