1. Fri-yay! I feel like everyone was counting down the days this week so we can make it to vacation next week and so happy its finally here! This week was filled with lots of fun summer activities from an outdoor viewing of Rent (my favorite musical) at Pier 17 to a tie-dye rooftop party thanks to Flamingo, so the week felt fast thankfully!
2. A high school favorite of mine “The Hills” returned this week and if you’re in need of some trashy TV this is it! I’ve also been loving all the old reruns and seeing all the classic 2000s cringeworthy fashion and hairstyles.
3. Another fun TV find of the week was Seth Meyer’s web series “Day Drinking With Seth.” His episodes with Rihanna and Ina Garten at NYC bars are some of the funniest things I’ve seen in along time and a must watch.
4. Links I loved? Vogue Beauty Editor Jenna Rennert’s gorgeous NYC wedding weekend, Half Baked Harvest‘s recipe for grilled peaches (making this at our next grill night!) and Krystal‘s lessons on living in New York for four years.
5. I did some last minute shopping before heading home early next week like some new suits to try from Summersalt, a favorite two-piece set now in a new color and a festive striped tee for the Fourth. More favorite finds of the week to shop (so many good sales too from Shopbop and J. Crew!) before the holiday!
