5 NEW CHARLESTON SPOTS TO TRY
It’s been almost four years since my last visit to Charleston so I was so excited to be back in one of my favorite cities a few weekends ago with Allie! Charleston is full of amazing restaurants so I was excited to try all new spots this trip! Sharing the top 5 new Charleston spots to try below for your next visit!

MELFI’S
Italian is my go-to for a night out and Melfi’s is an amazing new Italian spot in Charleston. The vibe is very old school and I loved everything in the space from the decor to the branding. Best of all, the food is incredible! We split a pizza, pasta and apps and you’ll leave super full and dreaming of your next visit.

CHUBBY FISH
I heard about Chubby Fish from my friend Grace and I’m SO happy we made it there! They don’t take reservations so either come early or do a late dinner (like we did!) and grab a drink nearby while you wait. The seafood forward menu is so unique and truly one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Make sure to get the caviar sammwich!

HARKEN CAFE
I love finding a favorite coffee shop while traveling and Harken Cafe definitely was that during our stay! Located on a quiet street right in downtown, this adorable coffee shop, bakery and restaurant is a must for your morning. Make sure to get their breakfast sandwich which was truly life changing.

POST HOUSE INN
A spot that has been on my list for a while was Post House Inn and it didn’t disappoint! Located a short drive over to Mt. Pleasant, this adorable inn also has an incredible restaurant and bar. We dined outside on their gorgeous porch and had the burger and it was the ideal lunch spot!

GINGERLINE
One of the newest openings is Gingerline, which was the cutest spot for cocktails and apps one night. The decor and design is colorful and cheerful to match their colorful menu and it would be the ideal spot for a girls night out or bachelorette party.
