I’ve always loved Easter because it truly feels like the start of spring. Fresh flowers, brunch outside and wearing my favorite spring dress, it’s always a relaxing and happy day.

This upcoming Sunday will be very different from years past as we all are to stay inside but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the day special! Sharing a few ways to celebrate Easter this year, because it’s still a spring day worth celebrating.
3 Fun Ways to Celebrate Easter this Year:
HOST A VIRTUAL BRUNCH
My girlfriends and I are planning on still having brunch together, just virtual! We’ll be making mimosas, pancakes and some new brunch recipes like this Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake. I am also on planning on making my great-grandmother Nana’s famous Easter bread (similar to a challah bread recipe). I also can’t resist a festive dessert like these Easter Egg Nest Cupcakes. Last year, we did a bagel brunch board which was also a hit and I also love looking back at my Royal Wedding Viewing Party for inspo as well.
DECORATE YOUR HOME
Filling your home with fresh flowers and adding some festive decor is an easy way to make your home feel special on Sunday. I’ve been making sure to pick up fresh flowers from Trader Joe’s or my local bodega during my grocery runs but also love UrbanStems to order special bouquets for yourself or to send!
DRESS UP!
Something I’m looking forward to is putting on a favorite spring dress and getting dressed up! Even if just staying inside, putting on something other than sweats is a must and know it will make such a mood change for myself. Linking a few current favorites, including picks from J. Crew’s 50% off sale!
