Even though I’ll be in Michigan for a few more weeks, one of the best parts of our quarantine time in NYC was restaurants and bars beginning to sell takeout drinks! While delivery is always a win, getting takeout drinks was such a fun way for us to get in our steps for the day and get some fresh air while still being safe. Dante
Their MacDougal Street location was a favorite spot for New Yorkers the last few months thanks to their classic cocktails like Aperol Spritzes and Negroni’s to go. They also just opened their new West Village location that I can’t wait to visit when I get back to NYC!
169 Bar
This Chinatown bar has been one of our favorite spots in NYC for years so when we found out we could still support them with to-go pina coladas and palomas, we were there in a flash in our masks! Their fun to-go window was perfect to grab cocktails while picking up our favorite Chinese takeout.
Jack’s Wife Freda
If you’re looking for the ideal refreshing summer cocktail, a Pimm’s Cup from Jack’s Wife Freda is one of my favorites to grab on a hot summer day! Their multiple locations also now all have safe outdoor seating.
Dudley’s
One of my favorite spots during quarantine has been Dudley’s, thanks to their refreshing cocktails to enjoy with a side of truffle fries while safely seeing friends.
Cowgirl
If you’ve been a longtime reader, you know Cowgirl is one of our spots in NYC and there’s nothing better than grabbing one of their famous frozen margaritas to enjoy by the water from their Seaport location.
