The change of seasons in NYC is always my favorite time of year, especially when it means warmer temps! Last week, I spent the morning shooting at the cherry blossom trees in Central Park with Allie and Carter and it got me so excited for the next few weeks in the city! Have A Park Picnic
I would love to a Saturday afternoon park picnic ASAP, whether here in Brooklyn at McCarren or at Central Park. Thinking lots of favorite picnic snacks, like a cheese board and of course wine and champagne!
See New Broadway Shows
Broadway is officially back and I’ve been trying to see as many shows as I can! I shared some on my list a few weeks ago and hoping to cross off Funny Girl and The Music Man within the next few weeks!
Spend The Day Walking The City
My roommates and I started doing an annual “walk day” a few springs ago where we walk from one end of Manhattan to the other and it’s always such a fun day to look forward to. We pick fun spots along the way to eat and rest at and then end with a special meal somewhere too!
Explore A New NYC Neighborhood
Now living in Brooklyn, I’d love to explore more boroughs such as Astoria and pick out some new restaurants and bars to try.
Try New Restaurants
Speaking of new restaurants, I feel like my list continues to grow with the city opening up more! Currently on my list? Bonnie’s, Zou Zou’s and Antidote.
Make A Meal From The Farmers Market
Walking through the Farmers Markets is one of my favorite weekend activities but I want to actually plan some meals from the items I see! There’s always so many unique produce and vendors and want to try some recipes full of spring flavors soon.
Shop At Weekend Flea Markets
One of the things I’ve never done living in NYC is go to the weekend flea markets! I’m excited to hopefully visit Chelsea Flea and Grand Bazaar this weekend and find some treasures, fingers crossed!
