



My kind of mental break each day is working out and I am a die hard fitness class person. I love the energy in fitness studios and with so many favorites opening back up around the city, I wanted to share my favorite NYC fitness studios for you to try for your next workout!
MY FAVORITE NYC FITNESS STUDIOS
DANCEBODY
I’ve shared my love of Dancebody for years because it was one of the first dance based workouts I found in NYC and have continued to love. It is also the first workout class I took where I began to see real results and gain strength (and still continue to!). No, you don’t need to be a dancer to love! They offer so many different types of classes (my favorite is their sculpt classes) and best of all – you can do at home too! Their DB Live streaming platform was my savior during quarantine and you can stream into live classes or pre-recorded workouts.

Y7 STUDIO
If you’re a hot yoga fan, Y7 is my favorite in the city. It’s become my new Monday routine to mix up my more high intensity workouts and it always feels good to sweat it out after the weekend. Their classes have amazing music, easy to follow flows and overall, a great way to turn off your brain. I book via Classpass which you can try your first month free HERE!
NEW YORK PILATES
One of my favorite workouts is the pilates reformer machine and I first fell in love with them at New York Pilates. Not only are the studios super chic, I always feel like I got an amazing workout without being too exhausted. This is a favorite for early morning workouts as it’s a mix of relaxing and a great burn!
RUMBLE BOXING
Boxing always intimidated me but Rumble Boxing was the perfect way to try (and fall in love with it!). Not only are the classes a great workout, it’s super fun too thanks to the great playlists, fast workouts and mix between boxing and weight training.
SOLIDCORE
If you’re looking for a true burn, solidcore is that workout. Nothing gets my abs or legs burning quite like a solidcore class. The teachers move super quick while you’re on their reformer machines and you always leave feeling exhausted (in a good way!).
