Miami is one of the most popular destinations for a fun and exciting bachelorette party thanks to its year-round amazing weather, beautiful white sand beaches, vibrant nightlife, colorful dining scene and art-centric lifestyle. I got to celebrate my cousin on her bachelorette party in Miami so today, I’m dedicating this post to share all about how to plan the perfect bachelorette party in Miami!

How To Plan A Bachelorette Party In Miami

I’ve planned many bachelorette parties in my day and have shared all of my best bachelorette party tips and tricks before but my cousin Lauren was the maid of honor this time around and did an amazing job planning in Miami.

What To Do For A Bachelorette Party In Miami

Have A Boat Day

A boat day around Miami is a must for a bachelorette party. It’s the perfect way to get on the water, see the incredible houses in Miami and of course, have a day in the sun. The attire theme for our boat ride was everyone in black swimsuits and the bride in white (an easy one for guests to follow!). We hired a boat captain who took us on the water for about five hours and we were able to bring on drinks and food and truly just the ideal way to see Miami.

Dinner Night Out And Club Night

Our big night out in Miami started with dinner at Seaspice, which is a great spot for a more Miami dinner out and a large group. Right on the water, it was so fun to see all the boats also pull up along the river. Then if you’re looking for the classic club night out, Kiki On The River is right next door so we headed there following dinner for a late night of true Miami night.

Go To Drag Brunch

The best hangover cure? Straight to South Beach for drag brunch at the iconic Palace Bar! We had SO much fun and truly haven’t laughed or sang that hard in a long time. An absolute must for a Miami bachelorette weekend!

Go To An Afternoon Pool Party

After brunch, we walked over to a rooftop pool afternoon at Strawberry Moon at The Goodtime Hotel. This hotel has been on my list to visit for awhile thanks to their feminine and pastel colored decor and design and it was such a cute and fun place to spend the afternoon. We rented a couch/table section by the pool and enjoyed frozen cocktails in the pool. A chic but still fun afternoon pool party spot.

Explore The Design District

For Sunday recovery, take time to explore the Design District and do some shopping and grab lunch at Mandolin Aegean Bistro. Having a few hours to relax, have a great meal and do some shopping made the Sunday scaries a little bit better!

Where To Stay In Miami For Bachelorette Party

For large groups, a house rental is definitely the way to go. While Miami can be trickier to find one that isn’t too far from everything, we stayed at this spacious Vrbo rental house right near the Design District that fit all of us comfortably. We also loved that we could easily walk to great shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
