Friday Five Weekly Recap:
1.Hello friends! Another Friday has arrived and I have to say this week was a good one. Work is picking up on both sides for me and it’s been nice figuring out my daily schedule. A big life update is finally coming to the blog early next week and excited to share this new chapter with you all!
2. The weather was so gorgeous yesterday so I made sure to take an extra long walk around the city. I’ve loved reading all your responses about how much you enjoy my stories of NYC during this time and while it definitely feels different, the charm is still there in the most unexpected places. My most important accessory these days have been my mask so linking a few favorites below. I ordered this five pack from Reformation and then also a cute tie-dye one from Etsy because you can never have too many!
3. One of the things I miss the most during all of this has been the chance to go to see a Broadway show. Broadway is my true happy place so I love this initiative TodayTix has started. TodayTix has temporarily rebranded to TomorrowTix and launched the “Save A Seat Fund” on their app and website where consumers can make a contribution starting at $5 towards purchasing these seats for frontline workers. Such a great way to support the arts and essential workers!
4. Links I loved this week? Allie‘s new colorful print she added to her print shop, Man Repeller‘s 18 love letters to NYC and this breakdown of the best Nancy Meyer’s movie kitchens on Town & Country.
5. With the temps warming up, I wanted to find some comfortable and easy pieces that are more ideal for the sunnier days ahead. I picked up this Lou & Grey dress (30% off!) that I know I’ll love as much as my favorite sweats, this t-shirt dress and black maxi dress from H&M and this adorable dress under $20 from Target.
