This past month flew by and it’s hard to believe we’re already in the last few days of April! It’s been so wonderful to see the city bustling and flowers in bloom and it’s making me so excited for all things warm weather!
My monthly series is back today with the five recent purchases I’ve been loving this month for spring. And if you missed last month’s post, I’m wearing one of my March favorites above because I can’t get enough of my Hill House dresses! More on that below and four other favorites this month!
FIVE RECENT PURCHASES I’M LOVING THIS APRIL:
1. Margaux Demi Ballet Flats
Finding a pair of shoes that is stylish but still comfortable to run around the city in is always a struggle but these Margaux ballet flats pass the test. I loved the navy leather (they have so many colors!) but what made me really love them was the custom monogram added to the toes. So so fun for a special gift (brides to be!) or for yourself! You can also use code CARLY for 10% off your first order!
2. Otherland Candles The Spring Awakening Collection
Otherland Candles are my favorite to burn all day because they’re made with clean ingredients, smell incredible and are such a great price point. Their new spring collection has amazing scents such as Ruby Root, Purple Petals and Extra Hour that all smell so fresh and fill up an entire room.
3. Agua de Sedona by Sedona Spirit Water
When we were in Sedona, we discovered this perfume brand while shopping and all became obsessed. If you know the smell of Aveda products, this is exactly that but in perfume form! They carry both a bottle and roller ball and such an amazing price too with both under $30. It lasts all day and you’ll get so many compliments wearing it.
4. Urban Outfitters Sunday Club Sweatshirt
My sweatshirt addiction continues and I couldn’t resist this one for spring! I love the pop of pink and tennis logo for an old school preppy feel. Best of all, it has that super soft worn in vintage feel already and under $60!
5. Hill House Navy Nap Dress
I think it’s obvious I have a Hill House nap dress obsession! Their most recent launch last week I picked up another color of the classic Ellie Nap Dress. The navy is ideal for summer and it’s so comfortable to throw on for work and then head to drinks after in. I’m wearing the Athena style above as well and love that one for dressing up a little more but it’s still super comfortable. I took a small in both but there is quite a bit of stretch if wanting to size down.
