I love having art and pieces in my apartment that have sentimental meaning behind them and one of my favorites is a DIY of mine for champagne cork shadow boxes! I’ve always saved champagne corks from special moments such as my 21st birthday, job promotions and when moving into a new place. In my room I currently have the three corks from all my NYC apartments. Today, I’m sharing how easy it is to make one for yourself or as a gift to someone.
DIY: CHAMPAGNE CORK SHADOW BOXES
How To: Add a piece of white card stock to the inside of a shadowbox frame. Using a hot glue gun, add a drop of hot glue to the back of the champagne cork and center it in the middle of the shadowbox. Write underneath it a special date or memory and you’re done!
