With so many virtual happy hour’s these days, I’ve been wanting to practice my bartending skills and try my hand at some new fun cocktails. With warmer weather on the way, I found five refreshing spring cocktails to make that are sure to make your friends jealous when you Zoom in!
5 Spring Cocktails to Make for your Next Virtual Happy Hour:

SPICY CUCUMBER MARGARITA
We made these refreshing margaritas a few weekends ago and planning on making them again for Cinco de Mayo next week! I love anything cucumber during the spring so definitely recommend making these for your next taco night!

THE SPRING BUZZ (CHAMOMILE, WHISKEY AND HONEY COCKTAIL)
I’ve really grown to love whiskey the last few years but think of it more as a cozy winter drink. However, this recipe sounds so delicious and spring with the additions of honey and chamomile.

REFRESHING PIMM’S CUP
Pimm’s Cups are one of my friends and I’s favorite cocktails to make. Light and fruity, this drink is a British favorite that’s served at Wimbledon, similar to how we drink Mint Julep’s for The Kentucky Derby. This is a great day drinking cocktail (perfect for quarantine weekends!) and also so pretty with the addition of edible flowers.

RANCH WATER
I’ve heard so many of my Southern blogger friends share their love of “Ranch Water” so I’m excited to finally try it for myself this weekend for our friend virtual happy hour! The recipe is simple with just Topo Chico water, tequila and fresh lime, the ideal easy and refreshing cocktail!

THE FROZEN NEGRONI
Negroni’s are one of my favorite cocktails but can be a bit on the stronger side if not a fan. I love this idea though for a frozen Negroni that looks lighter and would be so refreshing for the first warm almost summer day.
