It’s time for a needlepoint projects update! Needlepointing has been one of my favorite pastimes this past year and a half and I’ve been very busy the last few months with new projects! I can’t seem to stop buying canvases as there are so many cute new ones coming out all the time. Sharing a few recent needlepoint projects below to get inspired by and to help you shop for your next project!
5 Recent Needlepoint Projects And What I’m Working On Next
When it comes to recent needlepoint projects, I’ve been trying to try new ways to finish them. I recently finished this champagne bucket from Morgan Julia Designs and made it into an ornament. I also am finishing up this Ralph’s Coffee Mug from Penny Linn Designs to frame for my sister for her birthday (her dog is named Ralph!). I love using Framebridge to frame any of my projects, as seen on my gallery wall here!
1. Bar Cart by Morgan Julia Designs
I’m almost done with this cute bar cart design that my mom gifted me for Christmas. I’m going to add it to the base of an acrylic tray to be a cocktail napkin holder for my bar cart!
2. I Would Prefer Not To by Lycette Designs
A favorite from Lycette Designs and I’m excited to finally start tackling this adorable canvas! I may switch some of the thread colors but will eventually be made into a pillow!
3. Troop Beverly Hills by Le Fille Bleue
Troop Beverly Hills is one of my favorite movies and I just couldn’t resist this cute canvas. I’m thinking an ornament for this one!
4. Jungle Juice by Morgan Julia Designs
Leopard and cocktails, yes please! I’m thinking another ornament or framed for my bar cart!
5. Not Today Satan by Eva Howard Designs
I love a cheeky saying for a needlepoint canvas and this one will be framed or made into a pillow!
