In between travels this summer, I really made an effort to try some new spots around the city. My list of places to try is never-ending so it felt good to finally cross a few new spaces and places off my list! Make sure to check out these other recent favorites from the spring as well.
Egg Shop Williamsburg: Egg Shop is one of my favorite brunch spots in the city, so I was thrilled when they opened a much larger space in Williamsburg this summer. The space is super bright and while there was still a bit of a wait, it definitely beats the insane wait at their original Nolita location.

Clinton Hall Seaport: I love living in FiDi, and one of the reasons why is because of all the incredible spots that have opened up in the last year of living there. Clinton Hall opened earlier this summer and I finally got to test out a few favorites last week. From the lamb burger to the truffle fries to the grilled cheese donut (yes you read that right!), everything was insanely delicious. The true winner of the night though was their W.T.F. Waffles which you can tell live up to their name! This spot is ideal for both families, big groups of people or if you’re just looking for a fun new spot to grab dinner.

The Sosta: It’s hard to resist a spot that’s decorated in millennium pink and serves pasta right?! Enter The Sosta. This fast-casual spot, from the creative director of By Chloe, was such a delicious surprise for dinner one night. My cousin and I shared a bowl of pasta, a salad and a meat and cheese board and it was all under $30 – another reason to love this adorable Nolita spot.

Dante At Genuine: Genuine Liquorette is one of my favorite cocktail bars to bring visitors to thanks to their crazy cocktails, so I had to check out their recent partnership with NYC favorite Dante. The two have combined to offer classic Italian cocktail favorites and a menu of just-for-GENUINE Italian items. I recently stopped in on a gorgeous Sunday for an Aperol Spritz and an appetizer and it was the ideal Sunday Funday treat.

De Maria: If you’re looking for a healthy spot for breakfast, head to this contemporary Nolita restaurant. Super spacious and minimalist-chic, they offer a range of filling and healthy meals (including all day breakfast), making it my new favorite spot for a breakfast meeting or brunch on the weekend when you sleep in a little too late.
