J. Crew Top, Levi’s Jeans, Forever 21 Mules
When I was switching my closet over for spring earlier this month, I began to realize there were so many pieces I no longer was drawn to. While I love the occasional printed piece, I’ve recently found myself sticking to classic staples that I can mix and match more. Today, I’m sharing the three pieces I can’t get enough of this spring and how easy they are to mix and match with the items already in your closet.
The White Shirt: Whether a crisp button down, romantic blouse or simple tee, a white shirt is a spring staple that works for every season. I recently picked up this ruffle-front top and was so surprised how comfortable it! Dressy in the front with its dramatic ruffles, the back is the softest tee and it didn’t hurt that it was on a major sale too!

The Slip-On Shoe: Having a comfortable pair of shoes is key in the city, and my favorites to (literally) slip on have been backless loafers and mules this spring. From colored suede to navy loafers, they are perfect for both work and the weekend. I love these nude mules because they are the perfect height so they’re the perfect mix of being dressy enough for work or date night, and comfortable for running around all day.

The High-Waisted Cropped Jean: Finding the perfect pair of jeans has been a long struggle for me. I had been on the search for a pair of high-waisted jeans for months, and this pair has been a game-changer. Super comfortable and fit right at the waist, I love tucking a simple tee in them for a classic look.
